Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Metallurgist with a Master's degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of materials used in our industrial equipment manufacturing processes, contributing to product innovation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Investigate material failures and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to select appropriate materials for new products.
- Develop and optimize heat treatment processes and surface treatment techniques.
- Monitor and control metallurgical processes to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Maintain detailed records of material properties, testing results, and process parameters.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in metallurgy and material science.
