We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mountaineering Instructor to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong mountaineering background and a Master of Science degree, looking to contribute to our employee development and adventure programs. You will be responsible for training and guiding employees in various mountaineering activities, ensuring their safety and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive mountaineering training programs for employees of varying skill levels.
• Lead and supervise expeditions and outdoor activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Instruct participants on essential mountaineering techniques, including rock climbing, ice climbing, navigation, and survival skills.
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their abilities.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all mountaineering equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for all planned activities.
• Possess a strong understanding of high-altitude physiology and first aid principles.
• Contribute to the planning and organization of corporate adventure and team-building events.
