We are seeking a diligent and experienced Network (Support) Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our corporate network, providing essential support, and troubleshooting network-related issues. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal availability and performance.

Provide first and second-level support for network-related incidents and service requests.

Implement and manage network security measures, including access controls and intrusion detection systems.
