Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Neuromonitoring Technician with 3-4 years of experience and an LLM background to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining neuromonitoring equipment, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of neurological functions and the ability to apply advanced analytical skills derived from an LLM education to interpret complex neurological data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art neuromonitoring equipment (e.g., EEG, EMG, EP, ICP monitoring) during intraoperative procedures.
- Prepare patients for neuromonitoring procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons, neurologists, and anesthesiologists to provide real-time data and analysis.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and ensure continuous operation.
- Record, analyze, and document all neuromonitoring data accurately.
- Interpret basic neurological signals and identify potential abnormalities for review by physicians.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in neuromonitoring techniques and technologies.
