Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Non-Voice professional with a Master's in Design (M.Des) and 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role involves leveraging design thinking principles and advanced research methodologies to provide critical insights and support to our legal and advisory services. You will contribute to complex projects, transforming data and information into actionable strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis using design methodologies to support legal and business strategy development.
Translate complex information, data, and user needs into clear, concise reports, visualizations, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal experts, consultants, and data analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.
Apply user-centered design principles to understand client challenges and develop innovative approaches.
Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and knowledge management systems.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, research, and legal services.
