Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the health and wellness programs within our hotel premises, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and managing employee health initiatives. This role requires a blend of clinical understanding and financial acumen, given the M.Com background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs for hotel staff and guests.
- Manage employee health records and ensure confidentiality.
- Conduct health assessments and provide basic medical advice and first aid.
- Oversee inventory and budget management for the health and wellness department, utilizing M.Com skills for financial planning and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers for specialized medical needs.
- Organize health awareness campaigns and workshops.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all health-related activities and expenditures.
- Assist in risk management related to health and safety within the hotel.
