We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager - Upstream to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our upstream operational processes within the advertising and marketing domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and operational workflows, coupled with a B.Com degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily upstream operational activities, including data processing, campaign setup, and reconciliation.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, account management, tech) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
