Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as 'Other'. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and managing legal aspects within our dynamic fitness and wellness operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their LLB degree and 2-4 years of experience to support our corporate legal needs and contribute to the smooth functioning of our Chandigarh office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, agreements, and contracts relevant to the fitness and wellness industry.
Provide legal support and guidance on day-to-day operational matters, including compliance with local and national regulations.
Conduct legal research and analysis on specific issues as required by the management.
Liaise with external legal counsel and government authorities when necessary.
Maintain organized legal records and ensure proper documentation.
Support in the resolution of any legal disputes or grievances.
