Urgent opening for Payroll Manager (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian payroll regulations and best practices, with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries, deductions, taxes (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.), and reimbursements.

Prepare and file all statutory returns and compliances related to payroll.

Reconcile payroll data with the general ledger and address any discrepancies.

Handle employee queries related to payroll and provide timely resolutions.

Stay updated with changes in labor laws and tax regulations impacting payroll.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
