Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pipeline Project Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and progress of pipeline projects within our telecom infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of project execution, team coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards, suitable for individuals with a 12th Pass education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of project teams involved in pipeline installation and maintenance.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and identify potential delays or issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly progress reports.
- Liaise with site engineers, foremen, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and maintain project tools, equipment, and materials on site.
- Respond to site emergencies and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support the Project Manager in various project-related tasks.
