Urgent opening for Plant / Factory Head (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Plant / Factory Head with 3-5 years of experience to oversee our manufacturing operations in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production, driving continuous improvement, and managing the overall P&L of the plant. This role requires a strategic mindset with a strong understanding of retail supply chain dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands.

Manage all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.

Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage and mentor the plant workforce, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.

Oversee budget adherence and manage the plant's P&L.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth product flow.
