We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Maintenance Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail distribution and processing facilities by overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for all plant machinery and equipment.

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to plant operations and maintenance.

Support senior maintenance staff in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in the procurement of spare parts and manage inventory levels effectively.
