Urgent opening for Power Supply Manager (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Power Supply Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the power supply chain and infrastructure for our content development operations, ensuring seamless and efficient business continuity. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing resources effectively and contributing to the overall operational excellence of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the company's power infrastructure, including UPS systems, generators, and electrical layouts, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Develop and implement strategies for efficient power consumption and cost management across all operational sites.

Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of all power supply equipment, adhering to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure robust power backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.

Analyze power usage data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance energy efficiency.

Manage vendor relationships for power supply services and equipment, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

Prepare regular reports on power supply status, costs, and efficiency metrics for senior management.
