The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Education or a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum for preschool and early primary grades.
- Conduct engaging and interactive learning activities for children aged 3-8 years.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to supervisors.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with senior educators and staff on educational strategies.
- Organize and participate in school events and parent-teacher interactions.
- Ensure adherence to educational standards and organizational policies.
- Provide support in administrative tasks related to the education department.
