We are seeking a talented and analytical Pricing Manager with a B.Des degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies for our industrial equipment and machinery, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain pricing models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and engineering teams to understand cost structures and value propositions.
Analyze the impact of pricing changes on sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
Propose pricing strategies and recommendations to senior management.
Prepare regular pricing reports and presentations.
Utilize design thinking principles to understand customer value perception and inform pricing.
