Urgent opening for Principal Program Manager (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Principal Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Management Studies (BBM) degree and 2-4 years of experience in program management or a related field within the automotive components industry. You will be instrumental in driving key projects from conception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in defining program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple ongoing projects.

Track program milestones and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively.

Facilitate communication among program team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments.

Prepare and present program status reports, updates, and recommendations to management.

Support the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives within the program.
