We are seeking a motivated and diligent Private Attorney / Lawyer with 1-2 years of experience to join our legal team. This role is ideal for an individual holding a Diploma in Law who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment within the Engineering & Construction industry. You will support our legal department in handling various legal matters, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
Conduct legal research and provide timely advice on a range of legal issues relevant to the construction and engineering sector.
Support in managing litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain organized legal records and databases.
Liaise with external counsel and government authorities as required.
