Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kochi. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within our BPO operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for process optimization, who do not require a formal graduation degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Document current state processes using flowcharts, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Design and propose optimized future state processes, incorporating best practices and technological solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and quality assurance, to implement process changes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for operational staff on new or revised processes.
- Assist in the development of business cases for process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to process engineering in the BPO sector.
