Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Procurement Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic procurement team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting procurement operations, analyzing spend data, and identifying cost-saving opportunities within the beverage industry. This role requires a proactive approach to managing supplier relationships and ensuring efficient supply chain processes. As a recent graduate, you will gain valuable experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other indirect materials.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
Support the negotiation of contracts and pricing with suppliers.
Maintain accurate procurement records and databases.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
Assist in developing procurement strategies and policies.
