Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Design Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing new and existing steel products, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards and customer requirements. This role demands a strong understanding of material science, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management within the iron and steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative steel products using CAD software, considering material properties, performance requirements, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and fatigue analysis, to validate product designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, BOMs, and test reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during product development and post-production phases.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product design and steel manufacturing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for existing product lines.
