We are seeking a dynamic and creative Product / Service Trainer with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs for our manufacturing products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of product design principles and the ability to translate technical information into easily understandable training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on our manufacturing products and associated services to internal teams and external clients.
• Create visually appealing and informative training materials, including presentations, user manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, leveraging B.Des skills.
• Assess training needs and tailor content to different audience levels and learning styles.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops, ensuring practical application of knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
• Stay updated with product developments and industry trends to continuously improve training content.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
