Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team as a Production & Manufacturing Associate. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing the production processes of our custom-designed interior elements and architectural components. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, material sourcing, and quality control, with a passion for bringing design concepts to life through efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to translate design concepts into manufacturable plans and specifications.
- Oversee the day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Source and liaise with vendors and manufacturers for materials and fabrication.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the production process to identify and rectify defects.
- Manage production schedules and inventory of materials and finished goods.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation and troubleshoot any production-related issues.
- Research and propose innovative materials and manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain clear communication channels between the design team, production floor, and external partners.
