Role Summary: Zomato is seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our dynamic team in Surat as a Production & Manufacturing - Other specialist. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing our food production and delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 1-3 years of experience to make a significant impact in a fast-paced internet industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of food production schedules to meet demand and quality standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the manufacturing and delivery supply chain.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and delivery partners to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new production strategies and process improvements.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock and minimizing waste.
- Prepare reports on production efficiency, quality control, and cost analysis for management review.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations within production facilities.
