Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in architectural design and project coordination, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment. The Junior Project Architect will support the senior architectural team in various stages of project development, from conceptualization to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, sketches, and presentation materials under the guidance of senior architects.
Support the project team in site visits, documentation, and basic site supervision tasks.
Help in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation in an organized manner.
Participate in design review meetings and contribute ideas for design improvements.
Learn and apply company standards and building codes to architectural tasks.
