We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Project Finance team as a Project Finance Manager. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent LLB graduate looking to gain practical experience in the complex world of financial services and project financing. You will support senior team members in analyzing, structuring, and executing project finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the due diligence process for new project finance proposals, including legal and regulatory reviews.

Review and analyze project documentation, including concession agreements, EPC contracts, and off-take agreements.

Support financial modeling and sensitivity analysis for project finance deals.

Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and potential lenders.

Liaise with internal legal teams, external counsel, and other advisors on transaction matters.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
