Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Tech degree to join our team as a Project / Program Risk Analyst. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate (0-1 years of experience) looking to build a career in risk management within the dynamic Indian railway infrastructure sector. You will assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with various railway projects, contributing to their successful and timely completion. This role is based in Vishakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the risk management team in identifying potential risks across project lifecycle stages (planning, design, execution, commissioning).
- Assist in the development and maintenance of risk registers, including risk description, likelihood, impact, and mitigation strategies.
- Participate in risk assessment workshops and contribute to the analysis of risk data.
- Help in tracking the implementation of risk mitigation plans and report on their effectiveness.
- Conduct research and gather information to support risk analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of risk reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Learn and apply risk management frameworks and best practices relevant to the railway industry.
- Collaborate with project teams to foster a proactive risk-aware culture.
