Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced QA / QC Analyst with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the building material industry, specifically focusing on cement or related products. This role is crucial for ensuring the consistent quality and performance of our products, adhering to national and international standards. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control procedures, conducting rigorous testing, and analyzing results to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans for cement and related building materials.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential quality issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Perform advanced material testing, including physical, chemical, and mechanical properties, using sophisticated laboratory equipment.
- Interpret complex test data and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations to production and R&D teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., IS, ASTM, EN) and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate product non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and engineering, to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new testing methodologies and quality protocols.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in material science, quality control techniques, and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor junior quality control personnel on advanced testing and analysis techniques.
