Urgent opening for QC Microbiologist (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced QC Microbiologist to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of microbiological testing principles and regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by performing routine and non-routine microbiological analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring (air, surface, personnel) and water testing as per SOPs.
- Perform microbial limit tests and sterility testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Identify and characterize microorganisms, conduct microbial enumeration, and perform bioburden testing.
- Prepare and sterilize media, reagents, and equipment for microbiological testing.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities and results.
- Participate in the investigation of Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and deviations.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring their proper functioning.
- Assist in validation activities related to microbiological methods and processes.
