Urgent opening for QC Microbiologist (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Microbiologist with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. While the core responsibilities lie in quality control and microbiology, this role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of financial principles and compliance, as evidenced by an M.Com degree. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine microbiological testing and analysis to ensure product/process quality and safety.

Develop and validate microbiological testing methods.

Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and calibration schedules.

Investigate deviations, out-of-specification results, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare and review quality control reports, documentation, and batch records.

Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.

Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.

Apply financial analysis and reporting skills to contribute to departmental budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Interpret financial data and its implications on quality control operations.
