Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Ramp Agent to join our team at our Thane location. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and dismantling of event spaces and recreational activity areas.
Provide on-site support to guests, answering queries and directing them to appropriate facilities.
Help in managing guest flow and ensuring orderly access to different zones.
Support the logistics team with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ramp area and associated facilities.
Report any operational issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
