Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Refinery Operator with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our operations team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the refining processes to ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards within our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. This role requires a strong understanding of financial and operational aspects related to chemical processing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor refinery equipment, ensuring smooth and continuous production cycles.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor process parameters, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports, including cost analysis and material usage, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and environmental policies within the refinery.
