Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair and Maintenance professional with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all technical equipment and infrastructure within our retail outlets, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of electronic equipment, IT hardware, POS systems, and other technical infrastructure in retail stores.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components as needed.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent.
Collaborate with IT and store management teams to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during all maintenance and repair tasks.
Provide technical support to store staff for equipment-related queries.
