Key Responsibilities:

Achieve individual and branch sales targets for retail banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and credit cards.

Acquire new customers through lead generation, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers based on their financial needs.

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.

Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
