We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Store Manager with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with minimal experience (0-1 years) looking to kickstart their career in the fast-paced logistics and retail operations sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail touchpoints, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Oversee inventory management and stock control to ensure optimal levels.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Assist in staff training and development to enhance service quality.
Maintain store appearance and organization.
Generate daily sales and operational reports.
