Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our retail touchpoints, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales of Paytm's diverse financial products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Greet and assist customers, providing information about Paytm's products and services (e.g., UPI payments, digital wallets, insurance, loans).
- Facilitate customer onboarding and KYC processes for various Paytm services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by cross-selling and upselling relevant financial products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Train and guide junior store staff (if applicable) on product knowledge and customer service.
- Reconcile cash and manage inventory of marketing materials.
