Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Revenue Manager with a BCA background to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in revenue management within the BPM sector. You will be responsible for assisting in the analysis of revenue data, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to revenue optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
- Analyze revenue trends, identify discrepancies, and report findings to senior management.
- Support the accounting team with revenue-related data entry and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand revenue drivers.
- Help in forecasting revenue based on historical data and market trends.
- Assist in the implementation of pricing strategies and monitor their impact on revenue.
- Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the revenue management function.
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to financial management.
