Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM and a strong understanding of financial risk management principles within the investment banking sector. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks to ensure the firm's financial health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new products, transactions, and business initiatives.
- Monitor market risk, credit risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk.
- Analyze financial data to identify potential risk exposures and trends.
- Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster a risk-aware culture.
