Urgent opening for SEM / PPC Specialist (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a driven and analytical SEM / PPC Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Indore. This role is crucial for driving online visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition through effective paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of managing successful PPC strategies, ideally with a B.Tech/B.E. background that brings a problem-solving and data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and landing pages, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly, providing detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and spend.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEM/PPC and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align SEM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
