We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a passion for providing excellent technical support and on-site services to our clients in the pulp and paper industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery and equipment at customer sites, primarily in the pulp and paper sector.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, building strong relationships.
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and feedback for internal review.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during all on-site activities.
