Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Head with an LLM degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The Service Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of IT services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the operational excellence of the service delivery unit. This role requires a strong understanding of service management principles and the ability to apply legal and regulatory knowledge to service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the IT service delivery team, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address any service-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, leveraging LLM knowledge to interpret and apply policies.
- Develop and implement service improvement plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, account management) to ensure seamless service delivery.
