The Shift Manager / Supervisor will oversee daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring smooth service delivery, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts.

- Monitor daily operations, including check-in/check-out, room service, and F&B service.
