InstaSwasthya is seeking a passionate and innovative individual to join our team as a Social & Public Service - Other. In this role, you will contribute to projects aimed at improving public health outcomes and accessibility through technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement initiatives that address critical social and public service challenges in India. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Master's in Design (M.Des) and 2-3 years of experience to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with public health experts and community stakeholders to understand needs and co-create solutions.

Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for digital health platforms targeting diverse user groups.

Develop service design blueprints and strategies for public health programs.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and services.

Create compelling visual communication materials (infographics, presentations) to advocate for public health initiatives.

Assist in project management and coordination of social impact projects.
