Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sports Masseur / Therapist to join our wellness team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic massage and sports-related treatments to employees, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments to understand their needs, identify areas of pain or discomfort, and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer various types of therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish massage, and trigger point therapy.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for employees with sports-related injuries or musculoskeletal issues.
- Educate clients on injury prevention strategies, stretching techniques, and exercises to improve flexibility and performance.
- Maintain detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR and occupational health teams to promote employee well-being and manage workplace-related physical strains.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in sports therapy, massage techniques, and relevant scientific research.
- Ensure a clean and safe treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
