Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, store, and track inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and research materials, ensuring proper labeling and condition.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of materials for IT projects, client presentations, and internal research activities.
- Maintain a systematic and organized physical and digital filing system for important documents, project-related materials, and compliance records.
- Conduct quality checks on received items, comparing them against purchase orders and specifications, with a focus on detail similar to pharmaceutical quality control.
- Support with data entry and basic analysis of inventory and project-related information, utilizing your M.Pharma understanding of data integrity.
