Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our Strategic Management team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, contributing to the firm's growth and operational excellence within the legal industry. This role requires a strong understanding of business principles and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Support the development of business plans and strategic proposals.
- Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on strategic progress and findings.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure alignment of strategic goals.
- Analyze financial data and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
