Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planner with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods to support our clinical research operations. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a detailed supply plan, considering demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adequate stock.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to place purchase orders and manage supplier relationships.
- Track shipments and deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival of materials.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to align supply plans with project timelines.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and regulatory requirements.
