Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Trainer with an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in corporate training within the dynamic recruitment and staffing industry. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of our recruitment teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet industry demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of training materials, presentations, and modules for various technical and business-related topics relevant to the staffing industry.
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to junior recruiters and support staff.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the recruitment teams.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees to reinforce learning and address individual challenges.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and training methodologies.
Maintain training records and documentation.
