We are seeking a diligent and organized Ticketing & Reservation Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent support. This role requires a proactive approach and strong attention to detail, suitable for an individual with any postgraduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process all travel requests for employees, including flight, train, and hotel bookings.
Negotiate rates with travel agencies and vendors to secure cost-effective arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of all bookings, expenses, and travel itineraries.
Handle cancellations, modifications, and re-bookings efficiently.
Provide support to employees regarding their travel plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
Coordinate with logistics and HR departments for seamless travel arrangements.
