Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Travel Agent / Consultant with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing complex travel arrangements for our employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing travel spend. While the primary focus is on travel logistics, the advanced analytical and research skills from your doctoral studies will be leveraged to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve travel efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and book complex domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transportation) for employees, adhering to budget constraints.
Utilize your analytical skills to research and recommend cost-effective travel options and itineraries.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies, visa requirements, and safety regulations.
Manage travel disruptions and provide timely support to travelers.
Analyze travel data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for negotiation with vendors.
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel partners.
Prepare reports on travel expenditure and policy compliance.
