The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of managing travel logistics for a large organization within the petrochemical sector. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our employees, facilitating business operations and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa processing for employees on business trips.

Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel providers to negotiate favorable rates and ensure quality service.

Assist employees with travel-related queries, provide support during their trips, and handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies.

Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures, and maintain accurate travel records and expense reports.

Utilize travel management software and other tools to optimize booking processes and track travel expenses.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand travel needs and provide efficient solutions.
